- Arrive in Seattle by 12:00.

- Drive to Bellingham, WA.

- Check in to the Bellingham Comfort Inn. Relayers will have a few hours to go for a quick jog, take a nap or just relax. The Bellingham Comfort Inn is non-smoking and features many full-service amenities.

- Team Dinner sponosored by Insuilndependence at Billy McHale's. Bellingham’s Billy McHale's restaurant offers award winning BBQ Ribs, hand cut steaks, gourmet burgers, and a variety of seafood. The restaurant is a casual, family-friendly with a fun, retro nostalgic decor. The menu offers a wide selection of all-American cuisine.

- At dinner we will have a chance to review the race rules and ensure that any last minute questions that anyone has are answered.

- Drive to the start - Start time the Ragnar Relay Race Officials. The starts are staggered throughout the day, based upon the team's average pace.  Slower teams start earlier. Faster teams start later. Start times are determined in early July.

- The team will cross the finish line in the afternoon on Saturday at the Island County Fairgrounds in Langley, WA.
