I am a runner, hockey player, lacrosse coach and a Type 1 Diabetic. I chose to become a Glucomotive Captain because I want to inspire even just one other diabetic to try and achieve something that they don't think is possible. I ran my first full-marathon this January with one of my closest Glucomotive friends at my side - it was one of the proudest days of my life and I want to motivate and push another diabetic to experience how it feels to be a part of something so incredible. iD is bigger than diabetes. It's a revolution...and I want to help inspire the change!
